All orders are shipped using the Pall-Ex 3-day palletized service. We will inform you of the expected shipping date, and if you have any special delivery requests, please provide them when placing your order.
We aim to ship your order within 3 business days, with international orders typically arriving within 14 days. If goods are lost or damaged during transit, please inform us within two working days. Be sure to reference your order number in all communications.
If an item is out of stock, we will back order it for you. You will receive an email with the option to cancel your order if you'd rather not wait.
