Aspen Infrared Saunas, where cutting-edge technology, premium craftsmanship, and top-quality materials come together.
For over 12 years, our dedicated factory has been the trusted manufacturer behind the renowned Aspen brand of infrared saunas. During this time, our manufacturing capacity has quadrupled, positioning us as one of the leading designers and manufacturers of infrared saunas worldwide. We supply businesses in countries like Holland, Germany, Czech Republic, Norway, the U.S.A., and New Zealand.
In response to growing demand, we've doubled our manufacturing capacity at a new, state-of-the-art facility. This expansion, combined with our investment in the latest machinery, ensures consistency and quality in every sauna we produce. With Aspen Infrared Saunas, you can be confident that your sauna is manufactured to the highest modern specifications, delivering a premium experience.
Every Aspen sauna is meticulously crafted by a team of skilled craftsmen, with stringent quality control checks throughout the process. We focus on the precision of all components— from the Canadian Hemlock wood to the electronics and hardware—ensuring they meet the highest standards. Before any sauna leaves our factory, it undergoes comprehensive mechanical and electrical testing, so you can trust that it’s built to last.
Canadian Hemlock is a slow-growing tree known for its soft, fine needles and long lifespan, which allows it to reach heights of up to 80 feet. The wood from this tree is prized for its durability and resistance to warping, making it the perfect material for crafting infrared saunas. It also provides an excellent surface for infrared heat absorption, contributing to the sauna's overall performance.
At Aspen, we use far-infrared heating technology, which is widely regarded for its superior ability to deliver deep, consistent heat. Unlike traditional saunas, far-infrared heaters don’t heat the air directly; instead, they radiate long-wave infrared energy that penetrates the body, providing therapeutic warmth and a more effective sauna experience.
Because far-infrared heaters don’t warm the air, they create a balanced, even ambient heat, which is ideal for maximizing relaxation and detoxification.
Infrared heaters are highly efficient, converting up to 86% of electrical energy into radiant heat. This means more of the energy goes directly into warming your body rather than the air. The efficiency of infrared heating is optimized when the emitted wavelength matches the absorption spectrum of the material being heated. For example, water absorbs infrared most effectively around 3000 nm, making medium-wave or carbon infrared heaters perfect for deep heat penetration.
We use two types of infrared heating elements in our saunas: ceramic and carbon
Operate between 300°C to 700°C (572°F - 1292°F) and produce infrared wavelengths in the 2000 to 10000 nm range. These are ideal for heating materials like plastics, making them perfect for a consistent, efficient sauna experience.
Newer technology, producing long-wave far infrared heat. While they generate less heat than ceramic heaters, they provide a more gentle, relaxing warmth that’s carefully calibrated for specific spaces, ensuring energy-efficient heating.
With our cutting-edge technology, exceptional craftsmanship, and premium materials, Aspen Infrared Saunas are designed to provide an unparalleled sauna experience. Whether you're looking to relax at home or enjoy the therapeutic benefits of infrared heat, we promise consistent, energy-efficient warmth that promotes well-being.
